This past week I upped the miles to 10 per day and paid the price on my day of rest with knee cramps and some fair amount of pain. I may slow a bit this coming week. It is now just 21 weeks until I begin My Caminio starting at St Jean Pied de Port in France. I've attached a video of the first part of the Pilgrimage for your viewing pleasure.
